Visitor Activities

Whoever you are and wherever you are on life's journey, you are welcome at all activities at UCG. Check the church calendar for current events at UCG.

There is a special lunch for visitors on the second Sunday of each month at 12:15 in the church fellowship hall. Child care is provided. This is an opportunity for you to spend time with Larry Reimer and Sandy Reimer, meet other visitors and UCG members, and ask any questions you have about the church.

Do You Want to Join UCG? - On Sunday, June 9, we will welcome new members at the 9:30 & 11:00am services. Joining UCG is always a sacred time. You bring who you are to us, and we in turn offer ourselves to you as a sacred trust. We believe that God works in this dynamic mix of giving and receiving. We confirm our connection with communion. New member orientation is Wednesday, May 29 at 5:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Child care is provided. Please call the church office or sign up on the bulletin board by the office on Sunday morning. Let us know if you need child care as well.

Membership at UCG is based upon your acceptance of the Compact of the United Church of Gainesville, and your willingness to work for the good of this church community. Please sign up on the board on Sunday mornings or call the church office to let us know if you are interested in joining.
